Batch Crop Shipping Labels in a Multipage PDF
Optional Google Analytics measures how the tool is used, including errors and downloads. It uses analytics cookies. Your PDF contents and filenames are never included. Your choice does not affect the tool.
When the label is in the same place on every page, one selection can replace a long sequence of individual crops. The key is checking that the entire batch really uses the same layout.
Check the file before you start
- One PDF, at most 200 pages and 50 MB.
- One label per page, at the same position and orientation.
- The same displayed page size throughout the file.
- No password protection, printable form fields, annotations, or optional layers.
LabelCrop reports unsupported files before export. It does not detect label positions or verify the content of every label automatically. A batch can have identical page dimensions but different label positions, so a visual check matters.
Apply one crop to the whole file
- Open the PDF. Start with a smaller batch if the file is complex or your device has limited memory.
- Draw the crop on the first page. Move the selection and resize its corners, or use the fine-tune fields for precise adjustments.
- Review the first, middle, and last pages. Check any other layout changes you know about. Use the page arrows to inspect them; if layouts vary, prepare separate consistent batches in the source service.
- Choose the output orientation. Pick 4 × 6 for a portrait label or 6 × 4 for landscape. Use the print preview to check margins and scaling.
- Download and inspect the output. Make sure the page count is right, then print a test label at Actual size / 100% with matching paper settings.
Reuse a crop next ship day
Save crop stores one preset in this browser: the selection, source page dimensions, and output size. Open another PDF and apply it if the page size matches. Matching dimensions do not guarantee matching label positions, so review the preview again. Saving a new preset replaces the old one.
Files stay on your device
PDF parsing and export happen locally. You do not upload the batch to LabelCrop or create an account. Optional usage analytics contains no filenames, PDF contents, or shipping addresses. Read the privacy details.
Cropping is not redaction
The exported PDF hides material outside the selected rectangle, but the underlying content can remain embedded. Do not use this tool to permanently remove confidential information before sharing a PDF.
