PDFs and saved crops
Opening, previewing, cropping, and exporting happen on your device. Save crop stores one selection, source page dimensions, and output size in this browser's local storage. It does not store the PDF. You can remove this preset by clearing site data in your browser.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page views, editor actions, export attempts, and bounded error categories. We do not send PDF contents, filenames, shipping addresses, crop coordinates, form text, or raw error messages. Only predefined campaign labels from approved links are used for attribution; other URL query values and fragments are omitted.
Google may also process device, browser, and session information through its analytics service. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Read Google's privacy policy.
Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies use the lc prefix and expire after 90 days without automatic renewal. Turning analytics off stops future tracking and removes those cookies; it does not retract events already received by Google.

Website hosting
Cloudflare delivers the website and may process connection information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect its service. This is separate from PDF processing. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the information you provide to reply and investigate the issue. Please describe the problem without attaching shipping labels or customer information. Contact LabelCrop.
Exporting is not redaction
Cropping changes the visible area of the PDF. Content outside that area may remain embedded in the exported file. Use a dedicated redaction tool if information must be permanently removed.
