- What you expected and what happened.
- Your browser and device, plus any error shown on screen.
- For printing: the printer model, PDF page size, paper size, and scale setting.
- Whether the built-in sample works.
Please do not send customer names, addresses, tracking numbers, or original shipping labels. You can usually explain the issue without sharing a file. Your email is not attached automatically to any analytics event.
